We offer top-notch BBQ meats that are slow-smoked with pride right on the back porch. We specialize in beef brisket, pulled pork, and smoked turkey breast but we are always adding something new. 

When we set up for a public event we never know how much traffic to expect. We do our best to smoke the right amount of meat but when it’s gone….it’s gone. Our popular items tend to sell out fast! If you know good BBQ come early!

We have a reputation for FAST service. Most orders are bagged and ready to go by the time payment is completed. We slice meats to order, always hot and fresh. If you do have to wait, we promise it will be worth it!

Open since 2022 in our home city of Grand Forks, ND. We travel to events throughout North Dakota but mostly stay close to home. We are not booking events out of state at this time. 

We are licensed and inspected by North Dakota Health and Human Services/Food & Lodging Unit & Grand Forks Public Health. 

You'll find our food truck open to the public primarily on SATURDAYS unless we are hired for an event.

We are a husband-and-wife team both born and raised in North Dakota-hence the 701 area code proudly reflected in our name. 

Our sandwiches are named after cities that hold personal meaning to us, keeping our roots at the heart of everything we do. 

We both work full-time in law enforcement, so for the next couple years our availability is dependent on the demands of our primary careers. 

We have three sons, our youngest being only 7 but he's already an avid helper on the food truck.

With extensive restaurant experience, including deep family ties to the industry---we pride our quality and service on tradition, hard work, and a genuine love for great food.
